This handbook is the foundation of the training simulation. Everything here is fair game, and the 18 scenarios are built to test whether you can apply these principles under pressure. Read it slowly — it's designed to genuinely make you a better moderator, not just to help you pass.
How we expect staff to think before they touch a single button.
