Availability

Be realistic. We are looking for reliable help, not perfect schedules.

How many hours per week can you realistically help moderate? What days and times are you most active? Are there any times you are usually unavailable? If staff needed help during drama, reports, or event issues, how quickly could you usually respond?

Experience

Experience is not required, but honesty matters.

Have you moderated any Discord servers before? If you have experience, what server size, role, and responsibilities did you have? Do you have any proof or references? Not required, but nice to have. What moderation bots or tools have you used before?

Community Fit

We want staff who understand the server and care about the community.

Why do you want to become staff for VividPyro? What makes you a good fit for the moderation team? What do you think moderators should do besides warning, muting, or banning people? What is one thing you would improve about the server if you became staff?

Judgment & Maturity

Staff members need patience, fairness, and good judgment.

How would you handle someone you personally dislike if they needed staff help? How would you handle being corrected by higher staff? What does abusing staff power mean to you? Why should we trust you with moderation tools?

Moderation Scenarios

Answer honestly. We are looking for judgment, patience, and maturity.

A member posts unsafe firework advice that could seriously hurt someone. What do you do? Two members start arguing in chat and others are joining in. How do you handle it? A popular member breaks a rule but says staff always target them. What do you do? Someone sends IP-looking information or personal information in chat. What steps do you take? A friend of yours breaks a rule. How do you handle it?
